WHEN THE PLAN MEETS REALITY

You’re getting reports.
But are you getting the truth?

The dashboard shows green, but the programme feels red. Programme board meetings produce status updates, not decisions.

Milestones keep moving. A vendor is late. The board is asking questions you cannot confidently answer. This is a governance and information problem. It has a structural solution.

What is waiting for a decision?

A status colour can hide a queue. Separate decisions that need an owner from those awaiting approval, then make the next action explicit.

BEFORE WE SPEAK

Questions leaders ask
before calling PAGL.

View all FAQs
What does a transformation delivery partner actually do?

PAGL takes responsibility for moving business change from plan to delivery: owning the agreed governance, managing teams and vendors, and making sure the accountable executive sees what is actually happening.

Explore our services
How is PAGL different from a project management firm?

PAGL manages the outcome as well as the plan. That means clear accountability for delivery and information that reflects reality, rather than a managed version of it.

See what we offer
My programme is already struggling. Is it too late?

A programme does not have to be at its beginning for PAGL to help. Programme Rescue starts by understanding the current position, identifying the causes of difficulty and agreeing a credible way forward.

What does the Programme Health Audit tell me?

The free audit is a 24-question self-assessment across six dimensions of programme health. The maximum score is 96. Below 48 falls in the Critical band and calls for closer investigation of the governance structure. It takes around 10–15 minutes. It is a starting point for investigation, not an independent assurance opinion.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the programme, the intervention needed and the responsibilities PAGL takes on. We agree the scope, priorities and duration after understanding your situation, rather than applying a fixed timetable to every engagement.

Discuss your programme
Do you work outside Ghana?

Ghana is PAGL’s primary market, with a focus on West Africa. Anita’s programme delivery experience also spans the UK and Qatar. We discuss the location and delivery requirements of each engagement.
